I lived there for 2 years. The hallways were always stinking due to the valet trash. There was a robbery inside of our apartment where PS5 of my roommate was stolen. I was offered to renew my lease up until July 25th and when I was about to do so, they removed my renewal and hence i had trouble to move to a different place, but once I left, I am really grateful I did because I now live at a far better place which is really clean and a lot better with better rates as well. Starting USF in the fall and took a tour at this location. The staff were very helpful and friendly and everything on site was clean.
Tour guide Alex was excellent, very good at answering any questions you may have. Made me and my daughter feel very welcome and excited to be there.
If you want to listen to weed whacking and leaf blowing at 7 am every other morning, live here. This apartment has no courtesy for anyone.
