I have never felt comfortable or confident at a gym before, but Anna and her team are so kind, supportive, approachable and informative that it makes all the difference.
Love Haven - unpretentious, calming, down to earth, supportive space to move your body how you feel.
Lovely space, kind and friendly team and I really enjoyed the Rhythm and Boxing classes especially as something fun and different !
I’ve been a member of many gyms and fitness clubs over the years, but none can even begin to compete with Haven- the environment and community are safe, kind and inclusive & group sizes and length of classes are small & sweet. I genuinely adore coming here!
The most welcoming, non judgmental gym I have ever been! Here all trainers are focused to give individuals support and encouragement! It’s a fun environment where you can try lots of different types of movement classes and yoga.
