The Haven Ultrasound team is absolutely wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I unfortunately didn't have a good personal outcome from my viability scans across 2 weeks in November 2023 but booking with reception was super easy online and over the phone and administration of providing scan images and results very efficient and reliable. One of the most unprofessional medical appointments that I've experienced. It started off by running 25 minutes behind, without anyone communicating that they were running behind. The sonographer and doctor did not ask anything about my documented latex allergy until after they had both touched me with gloves & medical equipment. On two separate occasions the sonographer completely left the room without warning, while I was naked from the waist down with a male doctor. Can’t recommend Haven enough! I attended for a gynaecological scan and the sonographer, Rosie and the Doctor, Scott, were both so friendly and professional. They ensured my privacy and comfort at every step. They both took the time to explain the procedure and their roles, whilst ensuring ample time for questions.
