1 months passed since I asked a quote on 2 types of homes, and the lady who works in the display house did not get back to me, guess customer are not worthy of her time!

None of our questions were stupid and they always had the answers and research available to us. Once we settled on the custom design they did for us (included in their service) and finance was approved, they were there for us every step of the way. Very surprised to have such a high-end development so close to the CBD. Sea breezes straight off the ocean is a delight in summer, with a central public park area and views of Magnetic Island. I did not expect this in Townsville - and everyone living here feels we're part of a growing friendly community. Well done!!
