It's never too late to start! I thought I was too old and too out of shape to do pilates, I was wrong. The instructors guide you step by step through each move and class. I am now a true fan of reformer pilates, sculpting, strengthening and building confidence with each class. The instructors at Haven Tupelo are all friendly, helpful and encouraging and make it fun.
Ryle did my facial & lash lift. Genuinely the sweetest! She made me feel so comfortable & answered all my questions about the service definitely will be back to see her!!!!
Mia is excellent! She makes you feel comfortable and you will certainly leave better than you arrived!
