I made an appointment online, and the owner of Haven Spa cancelled it less than 24 hours ahead of time later that week via text message. She said they had had a small fire in one of the spa rooms and had to close. There was no apology for the inconvenience and no offer to try and make it up to me even if it was just something small like 10% off my next service there. It was completely unprofessional. Haven Spa is accommodating when contacting for an appointment. Their massages are very relaxing. The atmosphere is calming and lovely. Now my go-to place for sure!!
Nice package for couples massage, we both enjoyed the warm foot soaks and the hot stones for the back.
Fabulous! Hot stone massage is to die for. Rebooked for after the holidays and bought gift certificate for my Mom.
The Best Spa I have been
My mom and I came in for a package including a 1 1/2 hour massage, a facial, and paraffin treatment. I have had a lot of spa services in my life and these were definately not my favorite. I was very disappointed in all of my services, and would not recommend this spa. There were no questions asked before my facial, and I have very sensitive skin, luckily I did not have a negative reaction. The massage was relaxing but frustrating. Haven Spa is The Best!!!!! The Haven Spa and Chritine Schulz are fantastic! I have been diagnosed with lower spinal stenosis. I also had a cervical fusion of 2 levels 3yrs. ago. I have tried everything including accupunture. Nothing works better than the deep tissue massage and hot rock therapy I recieve at the Haven Spa. Christine is fantastic and really knows what to do reliveve my neck and leg pain. If you are in need of any type therapy you have to try this! Its the best!!!!
Cozy Place I received a massage at The Haven last evening and had an excellent experience. I appreciated the concern my therapist expressed for my issues and pain levels. I have been experiencing headaches and neck pain and my therapist spent extra time on my back and neck and she also used soothing hot stones that were warming and relaxing. I would recommend the spa to others!
Great massages!! I think the haven spa has very talented therapists. I have sufferred a severe back injury and the therapy I recieved at this spa has been one of the only things that helped get me through this tough time. This spa is located in such a convenient area and the ambience inside is amazing. I go in as much as my schedule allows!
