I made an appointment online, and the owner of Haven Spa cancelled it less than 24 hours ahead of time later that week via text message. She said they had had a small fire in one of the spa rooms and had to close. There was no apology for the inconvenience and no offer to try and make it up to me even if it was just something small like 10% off my next service there. It was completely unprofessional. Haven Spa is accommodating when contacting for an appointment. Their massages are very relaxing. The atmosphere is calming and lovely. Now my go-to place for sure!!
Nice package for couples massage, we both enjoyed the warm foot soaks and the hot stones for the back.
Fabulous! Hot stone massage is to die for. Rebooked for after the holidays and bought gift certificate for my Mom.
The Best Spa I have been
My mom and I came in for a package including a 1 1/2 hour massage, a facial, and paraffin treatment. I have had a lot of spa services in my life and these were definately not my favorite. I was very disappointed in all of my services, and would not recommend this spa. There were no questions asked before my facial, and I have very sensitive skin, luckily I did not have a negative reaction. The massage was relaxing but frustrating.
