I have gone to this salon for a number of years, never had an issue, great service, awesome owner. It was recently sold to an employee of the original owner. Since then, I have only had one time where I left, happy with the way my nails look. This past Saturday I left there with uneven nails, full of ridges from uneven filing, She knew I was upset, and I was no charged.
