The bar made great tasting drinks but the length of time to make a mule or even a tonic with lime was a bit much. But that can be explained with new bar tenders. But for a place with a dress code there was zero enforcement, which is annoying when you go out of your way to dress up. This is a great venue. Check out the website for floor configurations. They also are open to the public Fridays and Saturdays, but also available for weddings or private events. They have both indoor and outdoor areas. I went last night to see a live band! Sound was excellent in all areas! Service was very good and everyone was really friendly. Great place to watch a live show!
SCAM!!! They canceled my appointment for Santa photos day of and then booked me a new appointment date and time without contacting me or my consent. Refused to respond to a dozen email/call attempts over a period of over a week and charged me for a cancellation. Horrible customer service, took my money and robbed my child of Santa pics this year.
