I came to Haven Bank expecting basic professionalism and respect, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout my visit, I felt ignored, spoken to disrespectfully, and treated differently from other customers. Instead of receiving help, I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The Havens and Savings branch in Secaucus New Jersey is nothing but top-notch A+ customer service to their customers. Not only do they take care of their customers they make sure everyone is safe in the branch when they are visiting and what I experienced yesterday was unbelievable.
