I've been a customer at Haven Savings Bank since 1997. Thanks to the customer service rep Alexandria I have received a discount on my car insurance with State Farm. I had got a new debit card and State Farms system wouldn't allow payment through for my new card. Alexandria took the time to call State Farm for me and resolve the matter. State Farm was trying to say it was the Bank but it was in fact their system. This Bank really cares for their customers. William Sallick

I came to Haven Bank expecting basic professionalism and respect, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout my visit, I felt ignored, spoken to disrespectfully, and treated differently from other customers. Instead of receiving help, I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The staff showed little interest in assisting me, failed to communicate clearly, and gave me the impression that my concerns didn’t matter. No customer should be treated this way. The Havens and Savings branch in Secaucus New Jersey is nothing but top-notch A+ customer service to their customers. Not only do they take care of their customers they make sure everyone is safe in the branch when they are visiting and what I experienced yesterday was unbelievable.
