My wife and I opened a checking account today at this bank. The service from Eliana was excellent and helpful. She got us straight to the point without no issues whatsoever. The environment in general was also clean and professional. I highly recommend this bank to others, as it is overshadowed by chain banks like TD and others.

I've been a customer at Haven Savings Bank since 1997. Thanks to the customer service rep Alexandria I have received a discount on my car insurance with State Farm. I had got a new debit card and State Farms system wouldn't allow payment through for my new card. Alexandria took the time to call State Farm for me and resolve the matter. State Farm was trying to say it was the Bank but it was in fact their system. This Bank really cares for their customers. William Sallick
