I was charged $400 for a cut/color i did not ask for. When i first arrived it took nearly 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me entering the building, after rachael darkened my hair (asked for highlights) she began cutting my hair, she instantly began to thin it out- something i NEVER ask for.
