I absolutely love coming to this salon! Nancy is my go-to stylist, and she always takes her time to make sure my hair looks flawless. She’s not only incredibly skilled but also punctual, which I really appreciate. The salon itself is beautiful and has such an inviting, stylish atmosphere. Every time I visit, the other stylists are so friendly and engaging, which makes the whole experience even better. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at this salon! Nancy turned me from frumpy to FABULOUS!!! 😆 She knew what she was doing and gave me exactly what I was looking for! She is so sweet, kind, and knowledgeable. Nancy is a very good listener. She really analyzed what I requested, with my thin, fine hair. Her service included explaining her recommendations concisely, putting me at ease in her hands, and if necessary, a return trip soon if issues occur. The worst thing about moving is finding a good hairdresser. I have lived in Auburndale for almost 5 years. Now I have a good hairdresser. Thank you very much Nancy Ortiz.
