I just moved to Montecito a couple months ago, I feel fortunate that I found such a wonderful salon with so many talented hairstylists not to mention the owners are very nice and extremely helpful. Betty Jean and Lety I’m very talented and accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this salon was truly unacceptable. I came in for hair and makeup and left feeling completely let down. The final look did not suit me at all and I was forced to wash off the makeup and completely re-do my own hair for the event— it felt rushed, poorly executed, and honestly looked as though it was done by someone with very little experience. The stylist I was booked with was rude from the start — dismissive, rushed, and clearly uninterested in listening to what I asked for. The cut itself? Uneven, sloppy, and completely not what I requested. It looked like it was done in a hurry, with zero attention to detail. Save yourself the trouble. There are plenty of salons where you’ll be treated with care and your time (and hair) will be valued. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.
