A very unprofessional, low customer service hair salon. My daughter who just turned 17 less than one week made an appt online for highlights. She left a message saying she would be late. We arrive about 1/2 late for a 2 hr appt. When we got there they said there is no time for highlights. But agreed there is time for hair cut. Then after 30 hour of lingering in the back, the hair dresser said there is now no time now for hair cut.
