This is a great place for a family member who needs end of life care. Very clean, very friendly, family oriented, very quiet.
I am receiving home hospice care from Haven in Palatka and my nurse Cindy is absolutely wonderful. She visits me once a week and is always there when I need her. She provides such warm, compassionate care that truly feels like the 'gold standard.' I also appreciate that Cindy listens and explains so i understand. I feel so supported having her for my care. I highly recommend their home care team.
They were so amazing with my mom! Couldn’t ask for anything better! Highly recommend!
As lovely as such a traumatic experience can be. Incredibly caring staff. My mother passed there in August and they did an excellent job of caring for both my mom and my family.
