Specially the Ashton Brook property. This place gave me and my wife tenmporary tags because the parking pass this would slide off in the car window, just for them to then tow our car and when going to the office to help basically said we on our own and weren't willing to help us even though we followed what we were told. Tried to strong arm us close to $400 for our own cars to get our own cars back that were taken from our apartment.

I understand the property that they own called steeplechase village needs alot of work done to it, but they cant keep their office staff or maintenance team from quiting and leaving the residents without working appliances or amenities. Things like air conditioning and heating going out all the time, horrible plumbing issues due to rusted out pipes that wont ever get replaced. My HVAC heat failed in Jan. 2026 while 29th Street Living managed the property. I reported it the same day, but it wasn’t fully fixed until Feb. 13—nearly three weeks without proper heat during subzero KC temperatures. The only support provided was a small space heater, no larger than an average toaster. I requested a rent credit on Jan. 27 and was told one would be issued after replacement, but no credit was ever applied. The property I live at is ran poorly. I 29th Street Communities needs to do better and actually have a receptionist answer the phone instead of having a phone system and leaving a voicemail and then nobody ever returns your calls. I need to know if there is a certain person at the corporate office. Not at the management level. But a person at the corporate office level that you can submit your complaints to. Tanglewood Apartments Louisville KY REVIEW ON BUSINESS PRACTICRS DELETED ON APARTMENT WEBSITE AND THEIR FACEBOOK PAGES. (DECEPTIVE) BECAUSE THEY KNOW ITS ILLEGAL EDIT 1/9/26 I did find out that it was Ms. Sharon at front desk. I have also found out from neighbors that it was done to them too. This will be reported.
