Our company opened in 1998 as a mold removal business called Hudson Valley Mold Remediation. After growing leaps and bounds over the last decade and expanded our project capabilities significantly we renamed the company Haven Property Solutions and now offer Mold Remediation, Abestos Removal, Lead Abatement, Air Duct Cleaning, and Minor Restoration Services.

Dave and his guys handled a massive asbestos abatement job for me - a roof and all external siding on a 2-story 100 year old cape cod house. They did an amazing job. They worked quickly and meticulously, and left not even a tiny crumb of dirt behind. I highly recommend Haven for any abatement needs.
NEW Response to Haven Property Solution 10/24/22: I was NEVER told that any items in the house needed to be removed before Haven's first remediation. Haven is just making excuses for having failed clearance on their first go around. No one in their right mind would have paid the mentioned remaining balance on this job until the contracted work was done and done CORRECTLY. I will forever be grateful for the work that David and his crew did. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I would recommend this company 100% for any homeowner. Completely trustworthy and honest. When other companies just see $ signs, David actually cares.
