Our company opened in 1998 as a mold removal business called Hudson Valley Mold Remediation. After growing leaps and bounds over the last decade and expanded our project capabilities significantly we renamed the company Haven Property Solutions and now offer Mold Remediation, Abestos Removal, Lead Abatement, Air Duct Cleaning, and Minor Restoration Services.

Great experience with Haven Property Solutions. It was a daunting project for me and David and his team were really helpful through the entire process. Tina and Gretel were also great with answering my numerous questions and difficult scheduling through a holiday weekend. Thank you!
This would have been 5 stars until I saw how they handled the damage they caused. Haven did a great job with the asbestos abatement itself, but they damaged our walls in the process. When I brought it up, their answer was basically "we warned you it was possible in the contract, so we aren't going to do anything to address it." Yes, technically it was in the contract, but that doesn't make it the right thing to do. I'm now forced to pay hundreds of dollars to fix the damage they caused. David was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend their services!
Dave and his guys handled a massive asbestos abatement job for me - a roof and all external siding on a 2-story 100 year old cape cod house. They did an amazing job. They worked quickly and meticulously, and left not even a tiny crumb of dirt behind. I highly recommend Haven for any abatement needs.
