for the short time i’ve lived in one of their properties, Lisa Thompson has shown me nothing but friendly professionalism and flexibility. my application + lease signing went very smoothly and Lisa was extremely efficient and organized with all the documents. i also had several questions that she was able to answer quickly and completely; when i had financial issues she was more than understanding and she gave me absolutely no hassle or grief. wish i could give more than 5 stars honestly.
Lisa, was great at managing problems at the rental unit. Lisa is very nice to work with and responds quickly which really helps when problems or questions arose. Lisa gave me a ton of heads up for any work being done at the rental and was very acomidating of my time line, many people aren't so it was great to have a property manager that felt like they were on my side.
