I've used Simon for four big projects around my property: a 40x72 barn floor with radiant heat, a 12x20 patio, footers and piers for my ICF home, and the slab for my ICF home. Simon did 3 difficult projects for me, The first, a sidewalk on the north side of my home, the second a new egress from my back door, and third, a massive stamped patio, to allow install of my hot tub with a spacious patio, that is truly been complimented by my friends. He will be stopping by soon to give me a quote on the new drive way.
