The best ! She’s so sweet and knowledgeable. The staff is also friendly.
This clinic's straight trash, tbh. Dr. Collier's is cool and knowledgeable , but their billing department's hella incompetent. I went in June, and they sent me a $150 bill when my insurance usually covers everything except a $25 copay (BCBSMS). I hit up the front desk, and they're all, "Oh, my bad, just ignore it." But 3 months later, it's still messin' with my account. I've called twice, and both times I'm stuck on hold for 30 minutes with crickets. After moving from Florida, I was a bit worried about finding the right clinic to resume prenatal care for my first pregnancy. I was recommended Dr. Collier by a friend and I couldn’t be more grateful. The entirety of her staff is incredibly supportive, friendly, and helpful. After discovering I was expecting twins, I was hesitant to return back to the traditional medical system. But looking back I’m so happy and grateful that I did. Dr. Collier and her team were very loving, accommodating, and made us feel very at home from the beginning.
