Love our one bedroom apt. with an attached garage on the first floor. Plenty of room for storage in the garage as well, love the kitchen and how bright everything is! Had quite a few issues with actually getting pest control to spray (they kept saying they completed the work order but no one came to spray) even though we pay for pest control monthly. Parcel room is very unorganized and some packages get lost completely. And not enough parking on site. But nice pool, nice apt, and nice area to walk our dog.
Just picked up my keys today, David was our leasing agent and he was amazing , throughly explained everything and was very helpful throughout the whole process
We had such a great experience touring the apartment! Our tour representative was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. We truly appreciate the time and effort they took to show us around. Highly recommend! Thanks David!!
Stay away from this place. They call you to ask if you want to renew ur lease, even after saying no they never mentioned anything during the call to send a notice. Now when we are trying to move out they want us to pay a$2000 fee even though our lease is ending. Also STAY AWAY if you don’t want ur car broken into. The solution they give is to just pay extra and get a garage.
