The walls are extremely thin. If your neighbors have speakers or a sound system with bass, you’re going to hear it constantly. I’ve complained multiple times and nothing has improved. The trash situation is also a mess. The compactor breaks down frequently, and when it does, garbage piles up outside, sometimes dozens of bags. The area is often dirty, and despite asking several times, management claims their “power washer has been broken,” so the walkways never get cleaned. Had my car window busted and possessions stolen in resident open parking lot, no security cameras, no sense of security. Get told there’s nothing they can do to help and they hope I have a nice day. I didn’t have a nice rest of my day. I didn’t have a nice rest of my day I ordered pizza for some friends of mine who are also residents and couldn’t even pick them up from the door dash delivery before they were stolen. This is disgusting. And I don’t have any faith my possessions are safe on the property
My corporate office has leased units a couple times now at Haven on Tucker for short-term employee housing, and each time David has been very helpful by making the process go as smoothly as possible and always being attentive when I reach out with any questions or concerns! We have not had any negative feedback from our employees about the units/property itself.
The leasing agent Taylor was so nice, answered all of our questions, gave a thorough tour, and was communicative afterwards. She is a big reason why we chose to go with Haven on Tucker!
Taylor was amazing when helping me sign my lease. She was detail oriented and showed me several different units and sat with me for awhile going over what apartment would be the best fit for me. I lived here for a few months now and needed maintenance to come out and they were immediately out within 10 mins. The entire staff is delightful. David is great at making sure whatever you need is taken care of. There’s a lot of fun events to go to and the property is really nice to walk around.
