Just picked up my keys today, David was our leasing agent and he was amazing , throughly explained everything and was very helpful throughout the whole process
We had such a great experience touring the apartment! Our tour representative was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. We truly appreciate the time and effort they took to show us around. Highly recommend! Thanks David!!
Stay away from this place. They call you to ask if you want to renew ur lease, even after saying no they never mentioned anything during the call to send a notice. Now when we are trying to move out they want us to pay a$2000 fee even though our lease is ending. Also STAY AWAY if you don’t want ur car broken into. The solution they give is to just pay extra and get a garage.
my dad was one of the first tenants in the building. we watched all the other buildings be built over the years. he was there when the great lawn was still a big pile of dirt, and there wasn’t a pool yet. you would think with his loyalty of staying at this complex for 6 years, there would be some appreciation shown to him. he was never late on rent, always a clean tenant, always renewed his lease for the longest possible time and truly enjoyed living there the first couple years. instead of thanking him in some kind of way, ... read more
