An extremely disappointing ending after years of being a loyal customer.
I've used Haven Medical Spa for years. Their customer service has declined. Nobody answers the phone, ever. Nor is there a call back with messages left. If you stop in, nobody is around. There used to be 2 employees staffed, but now I believe it's only 1, very disappointing.
Haven medical spa is a fantastic place to go! My friends and I have had nothing but the best experiences there! Not only is the doctor great but Joanna is the best! She is very knowledgeable, gives great advice and takes such wonderful care of her clients! Highly recommend!!!
Joanna at Haven is wonderful! She is professional and kind and talented. I've been seeing her for years and highly recommend her treatments. You do need to know that she is a one person shop (plus the doctor), and so when she is giving treatments, there is no one to answer the phone. I text or leave a message - and she always gets back to me. I am so happy to have Joanna and Haven as a local business.
