So I updated my beneficiaries on my haven life policy months ago and I recently checked it to find it never saved and over the last 24 hours I tried numerous times and my changes are not being saved...after searching for answers online I am finding that people have been having this issue for at least 5 months. This is alarming and it's going to be fixed promptly. THIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE. Someone needs to call me right now.
Multi--billion dollar company not investing time in UX = a waste of time which said multi-billion dollar company will not compensate you for. Case in point, spent the morning trying to simply update my beneficiaries on my online account but it failed again and again. I reached out to "Live Chat" but it is not, in fact, "Live". I would not recommend this insurance to anyone. We applied for life insurance and it got approved yet it never went into affect and they couldn’t tell us why. They also declined our payment but then sending us emails that we haven’t paid yet. When I updated the payment again it they said it was too late and we will have to reapply.
