I have patronized this business for several years and after my last appointment, I don’t think I’ll continue to support. The owner does not care about maintaining client relationships, only luring in new customers. I scheduled my last appointment via an email link provided through Haven for their lash promotion sale for current clients. When I booked, apparently the site booked me under “new client” even though I never selected new client and signed in through my existing account. What a beautiful, relaxing experience I had! My technician was professional and did an amazing job on my lashes! They are beautiful!!! Can’t wait to go back.
