I’m currently 5 months sober but going here was a horrible experience the counselor Kimberly had some serious control issues aswell as consistency . Certain days she will come in and be nice others she will have an attitude and favorite certain people over others. I had questions about my treatment plan in which she got rude and an attitude while going over it with me. Highly do not recommend if she is the counselor!
I am currently seven months sober because of The Haven in Waconia!! I love Tim and Percy and I made a new group of friends in treatment here. Wonderful place to get sober. Do not listen to these crazy reviews before me.
Great 12 step program with excellent and knowledgeable staff.
Run for your dear life. Even his probation recommended this place I highly recommend you turn around go back to them and ask for a new one. This is not where you want to go for treatment. The spineless director Tim wouldn’t know an actual treatment counselor if one kicked him in the balls. Fran, the incompetent tool bag that Tim hired, is a completely psycho probably still drinking excuse for a human being. She is erratic and completely abusive.
