Horrendous housing experience. Infested with roaches, rodents, AC doesn’t work properly during the summer due to poor insulation, leaks went unattended after numerous notifications which turned into visible mold and obvious water damage to the unit. On top of all of that, the company kept our security deposit and kept changing their reasoning as to why that was. We have an extensive paper trail and we simply get ignored. Run away as fast as you can.
The experience from the time we went to view until moving in was great.
Horrible experience. moved in in December 2024 and want to move out as soon as possible. Never in my life experienced a bad situation with an apartment. This place is full of bedbugs / mice / roaches .plus the noice form the people upstairs. Please do not move in here We want o break the lease since we got a place in a terrible condition.
