I (born and raised Idahoan) brought friends (out of state) to experience a hot springs pool for the first time. This is a pleasantly rustic pool that offers solitude and relaxation in the mountains of Idaho. Kirkham is down the road and easy to access but there can be crowds with music playing. It was nice and relaxing love the mountains around.
We were arriving from out of state, reserved the big pool for a two hour soak, 5pm-7pm. But with flight delays and the 1.75 hr drive from Boise airport were only able to make it by 6pm. We arrived to the pool being blocked off, gate shut, and no instructions as to how to enter. But after reaching out for any resolution/instructions on how to utilize the hot pool received no response. Water was great. The changing area is a little primitive but it wasn’t a problem for us.
