Haven Specialty Home Care is not a Hospice facility. They are personalized In-Home care for Uranium workers and Energy Workers. Jessica is a great DON/ office manager and she works hard to ensure all of her patients and staff are well taken care of. This company has been great and they really focus on getting their patients the care they deserve/need.
This is the worst hospice ever and they are trying to go into other communities. They have lawsuits pending thanks to Trina Ortiz, their so called DON/Administrator. Trina, the DON/Administrator is very rude and has a short temper and she mistreats employees. They won't last long. Steer clear of this so called business.
