We has a BAD experience dealing with thus company to care for my father who has latr stage dementia. They promised a qualified CNA and sent a mean spirited lying CNA who did not know how to change a diaper. He practiced no health protocols. I should have known from his first day when I asked him to wash his hands twice and he ignored me. Day 2 he had no clue how to open a diaper and change my father.
