Didn't have easy access to fishing spot, which is the main reason we booked here. Kids playground was good. Room had loud air con, very uncomfortable bed in the main bedroom and pretty much no phone reception. Couldn't use one of the screen doors as too many dead leaves stuck in the gap with the decking. A fair bit of cleaning is expected after your stay, so be prepared for that before you book!

Great holiday accommodation. My family and I go every year (for the last 5 years). Only negative thing is that the Intranet still doesn't work in the top three cabins, despite us reporting it every year.

Found out morning of arrival that there was no beach access. No effort made by owners or real estate to give heads up about this. Pool heating was broken, problem wasn't resolved until the day we left. WiFi did not work at all, was a promised feature. 50% of the washing machines were broken, took the money and did not work. No out of order signs posted. Overall, it seemed as though the complex runners were happy to take our money but didn't care in the slightest about resolving issues that were brought up. The big reason we booked was for the heated pool. We even called and confirmed it was. Big disappointment! Pool IS NOT heated! Caretaker there said it's "heated by the sun," what a joke. Rooms, lounge and kitchen appliances were dirty and ran down. Tap water was brown at first, and then tasted like bleach. Also had cockroaches. Then we are expected to clean EVERYTHING or get a fine. Horrible. Edit: Oh, also, found someone's dirty undies in room upon arrival. Gross
