It’s my first time in this place. The reason I chose Haven Healthcare is because of the 5 star rating. Ms. Samonica was a nice lady however when I was on the bed with the neddles on, I felt warmth/ burning on my legs. I called many times and I even yelled help but no one came. She came back after 20 minutes and according to her, she didn’t hear me which is impossible as the reception area is just beside my room.
