My dad had been admitted to this facilty and the care provided to him at the time was undeniably the BEST! The staff are positive and radiant! Everyone is inviting with a smile on their face and make you feel at home. The facility is beautiful and welcoming. Everyone is willing to help and address any concerns we had. My dad's road to recovery started here and I am thankful for this. He is independent and working hard to be his best self! BED BUG !!! BED BUGS !!! Do not send your loved ones to this facility. The security here is horrible, half the time they don't even care if you check in or out at the kiosk. I overheard a very loud woman who's appearently infested with bed bugs throwing a fit for being stopped at the door due to her issue. I thought to myself, great job on the facilities part for protecting others. Everyone is at the mercy of the staff member's decisions when they are aware of health concerns and issues. This is the perfect place for a 78 yr old lady to recover for 2 weeks, and go home in comfort after a nasty injury. Five star staff!
