I broke my hip and was admitted for rehab into Haven health healthcare. The staff was so kind and professional, and I can’t say enough about the Therapy team Ruth and Janelle. I am able to walk again and ready to go home thanks to them. They were patient with me at my old age. The food was good and the housekeeper kept my room very clean every day. I commend the staff at Haven health.

I left haven health and went home because Medicare doesn’t pay for long term care assistance. Someone at haven health told my oxygen company that I wasn’t coming home and they come got all my oxygen equipment. Now haven health won’t make just one simple call and fix the problem they created. The most incompetent facility I have ever dealt with. They won’t return a phone call, won’t answer the phone and sometimes they just hang up on you. Stay away from Haven health .

First off if the phones were answered it be better, but they ring and never get answered. Ive heard they're great for the most part, however Ive seen a group of 4-5+ people in wheelchairs and the workers have them in the parking lot in the area for cars to pull in. If by chance your call is answered, you're then put on hold for maybe 30 seconds before they purposely send you to another one of their phones so it rings and says nobody is available. This is the third time my grandmother has been here and each time it gets a little worse. She was here during the Pandemic, and again for a knee replacement and infection. This time she has issues with her leg again. Sadly, when we arrived there were no staff to be seen. A patient showed up to her room. Since we've been here my grandmother has not been allowed to do some of the activities because, "that's not why you're here and Medicaid won't pay."
