First off if the phones were answered it be better, but they ring and never get answered. Ive heard they're great for the most part, however Ive seen a group of 4-5+ people in wheelchairs and the workers have them in the parking lot in the area for cars to pull in. If by chance your call is answered, you're then put on hold for maybe 30 seconds before they purposely send you to another one of their phones so it rings and says nobody is available. This is the third time my grandmother has been here and each time it gets a little worse. She was here during the Pandemic, and again for a knee replacement and infection. This time she has issues with her leg again. Sadly, when we arrived there were no staff to be seen. A patient showed up to her room. Since we've been here my grandmother has not been allowed to do some of the activities because, "that's not why you're here and Medicaid won't pay." I'm posting this review about Tiffany a CNA that works here at Haven rehab and Asst. living facility. I can't say enough about her bedside manner. She makes you feel comfortable in the most uncomfortable situations. She never once has made me feel like I'm bothering when I need something

So my mother is a patient of this assisted living facility. I have not yet visited but I can say I spoke with the Program Director today and she was quite lovely and exceptionally helpful in trying to arrange a couple of different things. So far very pleased with the prompt phone call back when I left a message, the kind demeanor and what appears be a class operation. Looking forward to seeing it in person this coming weekend.
