Called them last week - they had a place and ran my insurance and told us they took it no problem. 20 minutes before they were supposed to pick up my son this morning they called and said they do not take my insurance but they do in Indiana. So they lied to us and now he does not want to go even if we find another place that takes my insurance. My insurance is actually one that they have listed on their website. So beware of what you are told.
I cannot say enough about Christopher Lundell and Haven Health Management. Christopher truly saved my life by helping me get someone I love into rehab during an incredibly difficult and overwhelming time. I am being generous with this review. A family member needed to get some serious help for mental health issues. Haven was recommended. I contacted them and spoke with someone in their Admissions department. I indicated that because they did not take Medicare, this would be a self-pay and was assured they would try to escalate some of the treatments during the month the family member was there.
