Great experience start to finish at Haven Collision. Kendal provided great customer service with clear, detailed, proactive communication, and the extras that make a difference. Not only did I get my car back faster than expected, but she was also fully detailed with scratch/ding repair and buffing free of charge. Cannot recommend Haven enough! They gave us an amazing price on repairing my door, and on top of that detailed the car inside and out (without us asking). I had just come back from a camping trip so my car was absolutely filthy beforehand. The door looks brand new and my car is sparkling.
Great place to take your vehicle. It will look like was brand new when you get it back. I thought my vehicle was going to be totaled, but Haven repaired it better than it looked before the accident
I was in a car accident, and Haven Collision LLC took care of everything! They fixed my car, and it looks absolutely brand new, like I just drove it off the lot. They did the alignment, washed it, vacuumed it, and made sure every detail was perfect. The customer service was amazing, and everyone there was so professional and friendly.
