She is incredibly thorough, reliable, punctual, and always flexible with scheduling when needed. Joanne from Haven cleans my apartment on a regular basis. I have two cats so there is always a lot of cat hair and Joanne does an excellent job - and she is punctual, efficient, and accommodating when I have had to change the schedule.
