Great new venue with ocean and mountain views - the ideal place to practice yoga & meditation, anywhere... but this is right here in little ole Devonport!
Ahhhh! Wednesdays! My favourite day... I get to be guided by our lovely Andrea through a set of spiritual, physical moves and a self awareness / awakening followed by a relaxation/meditation which leaves me floating for the whole day. 5 stars for Andrea and her gentle ( but persuasive!) teaching and explanations.
