We had an incredible overnight stay in the jacuzzi suite and wonderful breakfast and hospitality the next morning. The staff and owners, all absolutely kind and caring and helpful. Lovely, well-maintained, comfortable and excellent breakfast and amenities. We were able to rent the common area for a small graduation gathering the afternoon prior to our stay. Held my daughter's baby shower at Haven by the Sea. It was wonderful! The haven provided all decorations, did the food, setup a "mom - mosa" alochol free bar but had a full bar available as well. Event coordinator Melissa worked with us every step of the way and promised everything would be perfect. And it was! The food was exceptional and everyone is still talking about it! This place looks like your everyday hotel on the outside... but in the inside you see historic beauty. Vaulted ceiling in the lobby with natural woodwork. A spiral staircase the to upper floor. Beautiful post beds and it is a very short walk to wells beach.
We wanted to love this place, it's a fun concept- a converted church that is close to the beach! However, it seems like the owners have let this property be neglected. This is advertised as a B&B and on their website it says this about their breakfast: “A delicious continental breakfast including cereal, fruit, oatmeal, bagels, fresh muffins and pastries, coffee, tea, etc. Served daily in partnership with Bread & Roses Bakery“.
