This is a very special place. We stay in BnB all the time. This one is amazing. The staff were super helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. I’m sure we will be back.

Want a reason to get away for a night be close to the beach , quiet place, friendly staff, friendly neighbors , close enough to walk to some places to grab a quick bite to eat & some gifts shops ?? Definitely worth the stay Barbara who works during the week is the sweetest lady . We had Six adults stayed for a couple of nights and everyone was pleased with their room. The beach and Forbes restaurant was just a short walk. Breakfast was free and consisted of bagels, toast, pastries, fruit and cereals. Coffee was Excellent. A fridge in the room would have been nice but would have detracted from the ambiance.
Stayed here for a couple of days and had a really great time. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We have been going to Wells for many years and have stayed at all the local motels but somehow this place wasn't on our radar. Well not anymore we will definitely be coming back again!
