Haven builders is a joke. We bought a home from them 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems with both the home and dealing with the company. It took over a year for items from our final walkthrough before closing to get addressed and fixed. Other items we made them aware of within a couple months of moving in never got fixed. Now they won't fix them because they are out of warranty. I bought a house in evergreen hills build by this builder. The master bedroom bathroom has a slide door, the door from day one was garbage it won’t latch and keep getting off track, they sent a guy to fix it when the house was still under warranty and he said it needs to be replaced. They kept saying we will talk to the site manager and we will mention in our next meeting until the warranty expired and the never fix it. Horrible customer service…
