After years of wanting to try out Haven I finally did it, not once but twice, during my recent extended stay in Tuross. I had my eyebrows waxed and a Complete Renewal package done by Soph. She is warm, professional and very skilled! I felt very welcome and relaxed and I very much appreciated the attention to detail on the small things that make for an excellent experience overall. Haven is better than some of the main day spas in Canberra!! I've already booked my 2026 holiday season visit. Thanks again Soph 🩷

Wonderful experience at Haven Beauty and Spa. Attentive, professional and friendly service. Relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Most importantly, I left very satisfied with perfectly tinted and sculpted brows, and a pair of lifted lashes. Highly recommend... I'll see you again soon for sure ❤️
The girls at Haven Beauty are absolute gems, and do such amazing work. I go there often and they always go above and beyond to make me feel special. They work such magic giving me the very best facials, lashes and brows. I couldn’t recommend them enough 🫶🫶
I booked for 30 minutes shoulders, neck and back massage as I hadn’t been to Haven before. It was recommended to me and I only wish I had booked an hour. Fabulous massage, thanks Sophie, I’ll be back!
