Joy has worked wonders for me and gotten my hair to amazing in 2 appointments! I was not happy with what I had going on and she transformed the look of my hair! She listened to my concerns, got an idea as to what I wanted and used her expertise to achieve it!
To start I'd give well over 5 stars if I could! It was 4 years since my last cut and hair was well due for it but was oh so anxious. The biggest thank you to Emma Kate, who was so kind and listened so well. For the first time in a long time I've been able to look in a mirror and feel good! Thank you so much to Haven Beauty Lounge and to Emma Kate, you helped give me some of my pink back! Can't wait to go back again. The atmosphere as well is incredibly calming I had to fight a nap.
