Very disappointed and quite shocked in the owners behavior to me recently. I have been a customer of hers for years and stayed with her through atleast 3 different salons, as she transitioned in her career. I recently had a major surgery in which I am not able to drive for atleast 2 months so I requested to reschedule. My first request started on October 12th. Best experience, I love Kailey so much!! I always have so much fun at my appointments & my hair is always perfect when I leave. Couldn’t recommend enough!
