The location was perfect and the house has the potential to be great, but we had several issues during our stay here last week. We spent more than $7,000 on an 8-night stay for our family of 10. With just 10 people, we had one person sleeping on am air mattress so unless you are planning on packing every bed tight and utilizing couches, there's no way 16 people comfortably sleep here. Arrived for our much anticipated vacation May, 2019. Rented upstairs apartment for a week. Our plan was for my husband, myself and 2 young grandchildren to sleep in the apartment. Access to the apartment is a steep staircase on the outside of the main house. There were missing pieces on the railing, leaving large gaps, big enough for a small child to slip through.
