Why is this place great to live? Let me count the ways; 1 Great maintenance staff that are quick to respond and friendly 2. Office staff are great. They really listen to concerns and work hard for us residents 3. Parking can be a challenge late at night but if you can get a garage they are very roomy and nice to have 4. The owners do a lot to keep this property looking nice and updated 5. The staff here have always been friendly and professional. The front staff are very helpful when needed and the maintenance staff are quick and efficient, everytime we need something fixed Jordan is here right on time!
Chris was an amazing leasing agent! Super friendly and personable and really sold the complex. He made the tour fun.
We were hoping to find a place within 4 days and Brittany helped us out a ton to get into Haven at Blanco. Michael and Jennifer were really nice and seeing all the different breed of dogs being walked is great to see. Our place was clean and was everything we saw in the virtual tours!
My review of MAA Haven Blanco is based on internet inquiries, check of website & a tour of facilities by Chris. Trying to decide what to do in September. Store, move, change my lifestyle. MAA Haven at Blanco is newer, better upgrades & some fees & equipment included in lease. The differences i do like are: gated community of 400 apartments, grade of cabinetry, carpeted bedrooms, separate walk in shower for master bedroom, washer & dryer & pest control included.
