RUN RUN RUN!! Do NOT live here!!! My boyfriend lived here and has had the worst experience!! The front office women are CON artists. My boyfriend gave a 60 day notice that he was breaking the lease !! They claimed they never received the email and when my boyfriend forwarded them the original email they continued to ignore that and gave him eviction notice. Long story short the management is REALLY REALLY BAD before 2025 the last management was a lot better in 2024 peaceful. I've lived here for two years, and this apartment complex has gone down a lot. The pool chairs are broken, everything is dirty, the gym mirror is broken, and not to mention the cleanliness of the hallways. The truth is, there are other cheaper and nicer complexes around here.
I rated a zero star because I had a horrible experience. I booked a tour for 3:30pm and arrived 10 minutes early. Was not greeted by anyone even though the lady in the front walked in and out a few times, didn't even acknowledge me. Then my partner went to get another person's attention that was in the office just talking to someone and she was completing ignored. After waiting for about 15 minutes, a person that worked in the financial department actually helped us but mentioned there were no 2 bedroom models available. Why... read more
This new willowbridge management is terrible. The front desk staff is probably the most untrained person they could hire for this job. The manager is non existent. Avoid this place.
