High five to this hospital (doctor, nurse, front desk) thank you and appreciate all of you for being so passionate with your work you do. Prices are reasonable in my opinion, they do not over medicate, the hardest part is that you cannot be inside the room when they examine your pet- so you just have to let that go and be fine with that. Very disappointed with Ashley, simply asked if exam could be done with us there. Instantly said "It's protocol, your welcome to go somewhere else if that's better" So after years...we will follow Ashley's rude advice. She didn't even acknowledge Gracie Wigglebutt. Don't go here there's other more caring...its Vegas we have choices.
I had good experiences with Haven Animal until it came time to put down my senior dog, Lily. While I was on the floor with my dog and family, and Lily was in the process of being sedated, the veterinarian turned to my friend who was filming my dog’s final moments (was not recording the vet at all) and interrupted the procedure.
