I had a mixed experience with this vet office. The staff themselves are friendly and seem to care, which I do appreciate. However, the level of miscommunication I experienced was frustrating and honestly avoidable. Dr. Mauro and her team are as kind and thoughtful as you can hope for and take great care of their patients. From the moment I arrived I felt my dog was being well cared for and loved. I highly recommend Haven Animal Hospital and Dr. Mauro.
