Only place I'll bring 4 legged kids. They don't judge my dopey bullies, or are scared of them.
While I find the Drs. And staff to be very kind and compassionate people, I will never bring a pet back to this vets office because their lack of communication and consideration for your time is ridiculous. Trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone to discuss lab work, medication, test results for your pet is damn near impossible. To say I am disappointed in the care my dog received is an understatement. I have been going to pt pt for years until now. I brought my 5 year old dog there after what we thought was a pulled muscle. We were prescribed muscle relaxers and NSAIDS for pain. A few days later things still seemed to be off with my dog. I then contacted them to bring him back in. They did labs and told me his kidney enzymes were "high" and to bring him back in a week for repeat labs. I returned when I was told and they did repeat blood work. I nev... read more
Dr. Howe-Smith and his staff were incredible. They were incredibly thorough with my dog's exam and respectfully answered questions and concerns. Moreover, the doctor and staff were incredibly professional and friendly.
