Originally started the service call with Valley Equipment - The folks that do their service calls is Havelock.. The tech promptly called me back (Sunday night around 7 PM) took my driver's info, VIN - confirmed they had the part needed and had my truck fixed over at the big stop in Irving shortly after 9 PM. Service call rate was fair - service A1. On a holiday weekend late in the evening, companies like this are getting hard to find especially ones that treat you fairly.
