Our outdoor faucet handle needed the right size screw to be secured on its base. Not being able to figure it out we went to Havelock Home Hardware for help. A fantastic employee, Jasmine, allowed us to disassemble a faucet/valve product just to measure the screw size. 2 minutes later she handed a package of 10-24 1/2 inch round head machine screw saying "Problem solved." Incredible service, thank you Jasmine!
We saw a sled on sale online, checked the Havelock location and saw that they had stock. Since we were on the way to the cottage, we planned to stop in. We arrived to find that they would not honour the advertised sale price and did not have a washroom available to the public. Disappointing visit. We won't be stopping by again.
