Always had great service. Sometimes have to wait but hey lots of people do. Always found staff helpful and supportive. Appreciate the help provide.
Worst practice in Hartlepool. Tried to kill me 2 years ago by refusing me medical treatment until I collapsed with sepsis pneumonia and empyema. The "lost" (deleted) all of their phone records so they couldn't be found accountable.. proceeded to gaslight me for the next 2 years as admitting that the issues I currently have were connected to the infection would mean they were liable. 100% not to be trusted with your health... or honesty.
Condescending receptionists, Drs who do not listen and have a negative effect on health. No support or care for the housebound. Honestly I wouldn't take a wild animal here. Cold turkey off gabapentin, not dangerous AT ALL. Pharmacist that does what they want and refuses medication against Dr's advice. Who knows maybe this will be the cold turkey that finally ends my pain.
