Passable Indian. Vegetarian friendly. Good prices. This Indian is small but reasonably good quality. Nothing soul-thrilling at the luncheon buffet we tried but there was a good selection of vegetarian options and we did get quite a lot of food for our money. 3 items cost under 8 dollars and included soup, salad, drink, nan bread and dessert. Just OK As someone who loves good Southern Asian food, I hanker for a decent Indian restaurant in the Bay Area. So far I haven't found one, but this is the closest I have seen here so far. Strong points; nice staff and nicely-cooked vegetables. Lunch was very reasonably-priced and it was as vegetarian-friendly as any decent Indian restaurant should be. I would prefer somewhere else. Once I ordered chicken Biryani and called in for pick up at 740pm.After I reached home and opened the packet I realized it looked like they were running short of chicken biryani so they dumped the vegetable (large amt of Broccoli and cauliflowers) biryani along with20% of chicken biryani....that was my first and last time with the restaurant.
